Elistar - AI implementation and process automation for companies and teams
Elistar projects and solutions

Project examples and solution patterns

We present selected systems, projects and demonstrators that illustrate how Elistar helps organise processes, data and user workflows. The descriptions are generalized and do not include confidential data.

Each entry clearly states its character so it is easy to distinguish a working solution, an internal project and demonstrator material.

Some detailed project pages are currently available only in Polish. English versions will be added gradually.

How to read these examples

  • The descriptions show the problem, the process and the solution approach.
  • We do not publish client data or other confidential information.
  • The status on each card shows whether it is an implementation, an internal project, a demonstrator or a neutral solution example.

Business Processes & Operations

Examples of operational, financial and managerial processes where scattered data, documents and statuses were organised into one workflow.

Internal implementation

Payments & Documents

Business Processes & Operations

Problem:
Files, emails and settlements made it difficult to control document completeness and financial decisions.
Process:
The process covered documents, invoices, payments, exports and operational communication.
Solution:
The system turned incoming data and documents into a controlled workflow and reporting layer.

Quality, Audits & Post-Audit Actions

Processes related to audits, quality control, post-finding actions and monitoring issue closure.

Example scenario

Post-Audit Actions

Quality, Audits & Post-Audit Actions

Problem:
After an audit finding, responsibility, due date, evidence of completion and formal closure need to be visible and traceable.
Process:
The scenario follows one case from a failed checklist item through the assigned action, evidence, verification and closure.
Solution:
The material shows a simplified static post-audit flow without presenting it as a client implementation or production product.

Audit & Quality Control

Quality, Audits & Post-Audit Actions

Problem:
Scattered audit results and quality scores made it hard to build one quality view.
Process:
The process covered operational audits, quality scoring, result aggregation and management review.
Solution:
The dashboard consolidated quality data into one management view.

Internal Applications & Access

Examples of applications supporting internal team processes, manager workflows and access management across systems.

Solution example

Feedback & Development Conversations

Internal Applications & Access

Problem:
Observations and agreements can easily become fragmented across notes, memory and later conversations.
Process:
The workflow covers observation, context, conversation preparation, agreements and follow-up.
Solution:
The panel organises conversation material and next actions in one place.

SSO & Access Management

Internal Applications & Access

Problem:
Several applications required separate accounts, sign-ins and distributed access changes.
Process:
The process covered the user, login, identity verification, roles or permissions and access to applications.
Solution:
