Team meeting about an AI audit and process automation.
Step-by-step AI implementation plan.
Analysis of priorities and areas to improve.
Practical AI implementation plan.
AI workshop in a company.
Assessment of company readiness for AI implementation.

We analyze the way of working, the data, the exceptions and the risks. Then we show whether the right next step is AI, automation, integration, an application or a simpler process change.

If AI is not the best first step, we point to a concrete alternative: a test on one document type, a trial connection between two systems, a panel mockup or a limited first application version.

Starter Analysis of One Process

PLN 790 net

Do you already have a specific process or problem, but do not need a full audit yet? We will review it within a limited scope and recommend the most sensible next step.

  • a short description of one process or problem before the meeting,
  • brief preparation by Elistar based on the information provided,
  • an online working session of up to 60 minutes,
  • review of the current way of working, data, exceptions and key risks,
  • assessment of possible directions: AI, automation, integration, an application or a simpler process change,
  • a short written summary, usually 1-2 pages,
  • recommendation for the next step.

What is not included in this scope?

  • a full process audit,
  • detailed mapping of all steps and exceptions,
  • access to client systems,
  • analysis of large document or data sets,
  • technical solution design,
  • prototyping,
  • development,
  • implementation.

If the analysis shows that no further work is needed, that may also be the final recommendation.

A full audit is a separate, broader scope with a deeper review of data, exceptions, responsibilities and risks.

What does AI consulting for companies actually cover?

This service is for companies that see the potential of AI but do not want to start with a large, risky implementation. We help choose the first concrete process that can be checked safely.

  • there is a lot of manual work around documents, email, spreadsheets or reports,
  • the team repeats the same tasks and answers,
  • data is scattered between systems,
  • the company has tested AI but without a clear process,

Typical problems we analyze

Documents and data

Invoices, PDFs, forms, scans, photos or attachments require manual reading, retyping and checking.

Email and communication

The team answers similar questions, classifies inquiries, searches for information and prepares repetitive replies.

Spreadsheets and reporting

Statuses, tasks, KPI, summaries and reports depend on manual spreadsheet updates.

Systems and integrations

Data moves between CRM, ERP, email, forms, files and reports, but it does not create one controlled process.

What do we check before recommending AI?

  • which process generates manual work,
  • what data is available,
  • what the quality of documents, files and descriptions is,
  • where exceptions appear,
  • which decisions must remain with a human,

The goal of the diagnosis is not to find a place where “AI can be used”. The goal is to identify a process where technology can realistically help the company.

What do you get at the end?

  • a clear recommendation for the first step,
  • visibility into risks, exceptions and data that needs cleanup,
  • a decision on whether to start with AI, OCR, automation or an application,
  • a small scope that can be tested without a large rollout.

AI is not always the best answer

After the analysis it may turn out that AI makes sense. It may also turn out that a simpler automation, cleaner data, system integration, a dashboard or a web application will deliver a better result.

  • AI for classifying messages, documents or tickets,
  • AI for drafting replies or summaries,
  • OCR for reading data from documents,
  • automation of repetitive steps,
  • integration of systems and data sources,
  • a KPI dashboard or operational report,
  • a web application to handle the process,
  • cleanup of the existing spreadsheet or workflow,
  • postponing AI until the data or the process is improved.

What does the first step look like?

  • 1. You describe the problem - a short description of the process that currently takes too much time or needs manual control is enough.
  • 2. We choose the area to review - we do not analyze the whole company at once. We choose one process that has business value.
  • 3. We review the data and exceptions - we assess whether the data is available, repeatable and sufficient for AI, OCR, integration or automation.
  • 4. We recommend the first step - we indicate whether it is worth starting with AI, automation, OCR, a dashboard, an application or process cleanup.
  • 5. You decide whether to run a pilot - if the scope makes sense, you can move to a small test without a large implementation.

See exactly how we work

What do we not do in AI consulting?

  • We do not promise that AI will solve every problem.
  • We do not recommend a large implementation without checking the process first.
  • We do not require access to CRM, ERP, email or documents at the initial diagnosis stage.
  • We do not implement AI where a simpler solution is enough.
  • We do not replace human decisions in high-risk processes without a control mechanism.

What can a process analysis establish?

The exact scope depends on the selected engagement stage. The Starter Analysis has the limited scope described above.

  • an indication of the process worth starting with,
  • an assessment of whether AI makes sense,
  • an alternative to AI if automation, OCR or integration is the better option,
  • a list of data needed for the pilot,
  • identification of the main risks,
  • a recommendation for a small test scope,
  • a proposal for the next step.

Not sure whether AI makes sense in your company?

Describe the way of working that still requires manual data retyping, status control or handling across several systems. We will check whether it makes sense to start with analysis of one process, a trial system connection, a panel mockup, OCR or a first application version.
