This page explains the rules for using the diagnostic tools available on Elistar.pl: the AI automation scanner and the service process diagnosis. These tools are supportive in nature and are intended for an initial identification of problems, risks and possible directions for further discussion.
1. Who provides the tools?
The diagnostic tools are provided by:
Elistar Jacek Kamiński
Correspondence address:
al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B
01-001 Warsaw, Poland
NIP: 5341189900

2. Free AI diagnosis / AI automation scanner
The free AI diagnosis / AI automation scanner may use data entered in the form, the website address provided by the user, publicly available information about the company, and the reporting rules and structure prepared by Elistar.
If this follows from the current scanner implementation, the report may be prepared with the use of an AI model or the OpenAI API. The report is preliminary and indicative. It does not replace an audit, consultation, analysis of the client systems or a test on the real process.
Confidential data, passwords, API keys, tokens, customer data, employee data, special category data, trade secrets, contract content or internal documents should not be entered into the form.
3. Service process diagnosis
The service process diagnosis is a point-based and rules-based tool. In the current version, the report is created based on the answers provided in the form and the adopted scoring scale. The report is not generated by an external AI model unless this is clearly indicated for a given tool.
The diagnosis result is indicative. A higher score means greater process risk, while a lower score means greater process control. The report is not an evaluation of the company or its employees. It highlights areas that require attention and does not replace a process audit.
4. Public links to reports
A diagnosis report may be available under a public link with a token. Anyone who has such a link may be able to view the report.
Reports may carry a noindex tag to limit indexing by search engines, but noindex is not a complete access protection mechanism. Do not share the link with people who should not see the report.
5. Contact after form submission
Elistar may contact the user to discuss the result if the user provides contact details and/or gives consent to contact, in accordance with the information in the form and the privacy policy.
The purpose of this contact is to clarify the result, discuss the process or prepare a proposal for the next step. Details of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Tool limitations
- Reports are generated based on the data provided by the user.
- Incorrect or incomplete data may lead to incomplete conclusions.
- The tools do not analyze the company’s internal systems unless this is agreed separately.
- The report is not a commercial offer, quotation or implementation guarantee.
- Any further scope of cooperation is agreed individually.
7. Related documents
The safest way to use the diagnostic tools is to provide a general description of the company, process and problems, without confidential data and without third-party personal data. Detailed process, document and system information is best discussed during a direct consultation.
