How we work
We start with the real problem and match the scope to how much is already known. You can begin with a conversation, use the free online diagnosis or order an analysis of one specific process right away. Not every project needs an audit, a pilot or an implementation.
You do not have to go through every stage
This path is not a mandatory sequence. You can start with a free conversation, the Free Online Diagnosis or the Starter Analysis of One Process. If the topic is already well understood, we can move straight to an audit, a prototype, a pilot or an implementation discussion. Sometimes the right outcome is a simpler process change, an integration between existing tools or a decision that no implementation is worth doing.
How can you start?
You do not need to know in advance which scope will be needed. Choose the starting option that matches how much you already know about the topic.
You just want to talk first
Free · up to 30 minutes · online
You do not need a specific question, project or a fully defined problem. It is an open conversation about AI, your company or what may be worth reviewing more closely.
Result: The conversation may end without any further work or point to a topic worth checking in more detail.

Free Online Diagnosis
You describe the company and the way of working in a form. Based on that and on public information, an automatic initial report is created with hypotheses, risks and possible directions for further analysis.
Result: An initial report and a suggested next step.
Limit: It is not a consultation or a full process audit.
Run the Free DiagnosisYou already have one specific process or problem
Starter Analysis of One Process — PLN 790 net
A limited paid analysis for a company that already knows the topic and wants a concrete assessment before deciding on a larger audit, a pilot or an implementation.
Short scope: Brief preparation, an online working session of up to 60 minutes and a 1–2 page written summary with the recommended next step.
Limit: It is not a full audit, a technical design or an implementation.
Request a Starter AnalysisThese three options do not form a mandatory order. If you already know exactly what you need, you can move straight to a larger audit, a pilot or an implementation discussion.
What can come next?
The next scope depends on what is already known about the process and what still needs to be verified. Not every project goes through all of the stages below.
One-Process Audit
When it makes sense: When a deeper analysis of the process flow, data, tools, responsibilities, exceptions and risks is needed.
What you receive: A more detailed diagnosis of the problems, a recommended change scope and materials needed for the next decision.
Limit: The audit is not a finished application or an implementation.
Prototype or Demonstrator
When it makes sense: When you want to see one scenario before running the solution on real cases.
What you receive: An optional way to show one scenario and verify assumptions before using the solution in real work.
Limit: It is not a production-ready solution.
One-Process Pilot
When it makes sense: When you want to test the solution on real data or real cases in a limited scope.
What you receive: A limited test on real data or cases, ending with a decision: expand, improve or stop.
Limit: A pilot does not automatically cover the whole company or every exception.
Implementation
When it makes sense: When the solution scope has already been verified well enough.
What you receive: Rollout of the confirmed solution in the agreed scope, only after it is clear what really needs to work.
Limit: Implementation is not an automatic next step after the analysis.
Support and Stabilisation
When it makes sense: When the solution is already live and needs stable daily operation.
What you receive: Review of errors and edge cases, data quality control and agreed minor fixes after launch.
Limit: This stage does not mean unlimited scope growth without separate agreement.
Frequently asked questions
A short explanation of how to choose the right starting point and how the next scopes differ.
-
Do you have to go through every stage?
No. You can start at different levels and some stages may be skipped entirely.
-
How is the free conversation different from the diagnosis?
The conversation is human-to-human, requires no preparation and does not produce a report. The diagnosis is form-based and results in an automatic initial report.
-
How is the Starter Analysis different from the audit?
The Starter Analysis covers one topic, costs PLN 790 net, includes up to 60 minutes of working time and a 1–2 page summary in a limited scope. The audit is a deeper process review with a broader scope of data, exceptions, roles and risks and with separate pricing.
-
Does the Starter Analysis have to lead to implementation?
No. The recommendation may be to stop there or to make a simpler change without implementing any technology.
