About me
My name is Jacek Kamiński and I am the founder of Elistar. For more than 25 years I have been helping companies design, implement and develop software solutions that support sales, marketing and operational processes.
I combine skills that are often split across different teams: business analysis, system design, Product Management, implementation consulting and technical specialization. This lets me take a project from needs analysis and business problem definition all the way to a working solution in a shorter and more focused way.
I specialize in process analysis, automation and the practical use of modern technologies, including AI-based solutions. I first organize the process, data and responsibilities, and only then choose the tools.
For larger projects I work with trusted experts and build the team around the specific requirements and scope.
With an education combining social sciences, IT project management and leadership development, I approach projects from the perspective of the entire organization. This helps me design solutions that support not only technology, but above all business goals and company growth.
Education: Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in IT project management at the University of Warsaw, and the Leadership School of the Freedom Institute.
Experience
Over more than two decades I have worked through several generations of technology. I started with database tools based on MS Access, then built web systems - from loyalty programs to operational tools, dashboards, integrations and applications supporting the daily work of companies.
I have been delivering AI, ML and data-focused projects since 2018, before generative AI became mainstream. Today I use AI where it truly helps: text analysis, documents, case classification, summaries, process automation and data work.
