Jacek Kamiński

Founder of Elistar · Process analysis and technology solutions

For more than 25 years, I have been designing, implementing and developing IT solutions that support sales, marketing and operational processes. I combine the skills of a business analyst, Product Manager, solution designer, implementation consultant and technology specialist.

I lead projects from identifying the problem and structuring the process, through selecting the architecture and technology, to launching a working solution. I have worked on operational systems, loyalty programmes, dashboards, integrations, workflows, web applications and data-driven solutions.

I have been delivering AI, ML and data analytics projects since 2018. I use AI where it creates measurable value — in document processing, text analysis, case classification, reporting and process automation. When a simpler change, integration or small application is enough, I say so directly.

My education combines social sciences with IT project management. I graduated from the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in IT project management at the same university, as well as the Leadership School of the Freedom Institute. This allows me to approach implementations not only from a technology perspective, but also with an understanding of people, organisations and how change should be managed.

I make sure that our cooperation is clear and well organised from the first conversation. I help define the real problem, agree the expected outcome and translate the company’s needs into a specific scope for the next steps.

I have experience in banking, B2B sales and operational change in trading companies. This allows me to look at projects not only through the possibilities of technology, but also through costs, efficiency, risk and the organisation’s readiness for change.

At Elistar, I am responsible for client relationships, communication and the business side of our work. Jacek leads the process analysis and designs the solution. Together, we make sure that the implementation has practical value, a clear scope and proceeds without unnecessary disruption.
