Process automation and applications for B2B companies

We organise processes that still rely on email, spreadsheets and multiple systems

We first understand the process. Then we select and implement the right solution — from integrations and automation to AI and applications.

Elistar has been operating since 1999. We have delivered AI and data analytics projects since 2018.

AI implementation and process automation for companies and teams

What problems do companies usually bring to us?

We do not start with the question "how do we implement AI?". We start by identifying which process slows the team down today.

Documents and data still require manual retyping

Invoices, forms, service reports, PDFs and scans are reviewed manually, and the data has to be entered again into spreadsheets, CRM, ERP or another system.

First step: Choose one document type and check which fields can be safely extracted and verified automatically.

See document automation and OCR →

Emails and requests need constant manual sorting

Inquiries come in through email, forms and multiple channels, and the team manually classifies them, routes them, looks up information and prepares similar replies.

First step: Collect sample messages and check whether they can be classified, assigned and turned into reply drafts.

See message and request handling →

The process outgrew spreadsheets and disconnected systems

Statuses, reports and data are scattered across spreadsheets, email and systems. The current result depends on manual copying, version checking and the memory of specific people.

First step: Identify one data flow and decide whether an integration, dashboard, simpler workflow or a small web application is enough.

See automation, integrations and applications →

Operational knowledge is scattered across people and files

Sales, support, operations or delivery teams keep looking for answers in email, documents, chats and team memory, so the same questions come back and answers stay inconsistent.

First step: Organize the knowledge sources and check whether a private knowledge assistant is the right first step for the team.

Solutions for Specific Processes

See three examples of processes where information, statuses and responsibilities can be better organised.

Building ServiceOps

Organise HVAC and renewables requests, inspections and warranties

Requests, statuses, technicians, photos, service reports and settlements are scattered across calls, email, messaging tools and spreadsheets.

We help connect one selected service process in a clear operations panel. Start with a diagnosis, a one-process audit or a small pilot — not with a large system rollout.

Application for audit follow-up actions

Audits, Inspections and CAPA

CAPA — corrective and preventive actions.

The auditor records a nonconformity → it becomes an assigned task with a deadline → the employee adds evidence of completion → the coordinator closes the task or returns it for correction.

The team can see what remains open, what is overdue and which problems keep recurring across locations.

Start with one real questionnaire

Security questionnaire and due diligence responses

For SaaS companies and IT providers receiving security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, privacy or due diligence forms from larger customers.

We organize previous answers, source documents, missing information and approvals required to prepare a consistent response.

What will you receive from the Free Diagnosis?

Answer a set of questions about how work is currently organised in your company. Based on the form and publicly available company information, we will automatically prepare an initial report containing hypotheses, risks and possible directions for further analysis.

An indication of where manual work, scattered information or unclear statuses create the most friction.

The main risks and areas that should be reviewed before deciding on further work.

A recommendation for one practical next step based on the problem you described.

The report does not replace a consultation or a detailed process audit and does not require you to provide confidential information.

Why Elistar

From a real business need to a working solution

Elistar has been operating since 1999. We have delivered projects for both large organisations and smaller companies. We begin by understanding how the work is performed, what users need and what constraints affect the process. Based on this, we design systems, automations and applications that support a specific process.

We can move from analysis and a limited pilot to implementation and further development of the solution.

From fragmented work to a structured process

We present selected systems and solutions based on real business needs and implementation experience. The descriptions are generalised and contain no confidential information. Each item indicates its character to distinguish an implementation, an internal project, a prototype or a demonstrator.

Internal implementation Finance / documents

Payments & Documents

  • Problem: Files, emails and settlements made it difficult to control document completeness and financial decisions.
  • Solution: The system combined documents, invoices, payments, exports and operational communication in one workflow.
  • What the solution provides: One status view reduces the need to merge data manually across several sources.

Solution example S&OP process / operations

S&OP Operations Control

  • Problem: Fragmented operational work made it difficult to control statuses, plans and management decisions.
  • Solution: The platform brought field data, KPI reviews, visits, reports and operating cycles into one panel.
  • What the solution provides: Teams get a clearer process view instead of working across emails, notes and spreadsheets.

Demonstrator AI / process control

AI Quality & Cost Control

  • Problem: Using AI inside the process required control over quality, cost, approval and decision history.
  • Solution: The panel embedded AI as one step inside a controlled workflow instead of a separate tool.
  • What the solution provides: Human review of the output and the next operational decision stays visible and controlled.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the diagnosis, data safety and the next step.

  • It is for owners, managers and people responsible for processes who can see too much manual work, errors, scattered data or a lack of control over the current status. You do not need to know in advance whether the answer will be AI, OCR, an integration, a dashboard or an application.

  • After confirming your email address, you will receive an individual access link to the initial report without having to create an account. The report is prepared from the form and publicly available company information. Anyone with the complete link can open the report, so do not share it with unauthorised persons and do not enter confidential information into the form.

  • No. At the first stage, a general description of the company, process and problem is enough. Do not enter client or employee data, passwords, API keys, trade secrets, contract contents or internal documents.

  • No. Sometimes the better first step is to organize one way of working, move data automatically between systems, prepare a report showing overdue cases or build the first version of an application for one concrete process. If AI is not justified yet, the recommendation should say that clearly.

  • You can use the report on your own or contact Elistar. The next step may be a free conversation, a Starter Analysis of One Process, a full audit, a small pilot or a decision that no further work is needed at this stage.
